Obituary
Funeral services for Price Daniel Hayles, age 86 of Onalaska, Texas will be held Thursday August 26, 2010 at Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Onalaska with Bro. Larry Shine officiating and interment to follow in the Magnolia Cemetery in Onalaska. Pallbearers will be Chris Mattatall and Jerry Romero. Military Honors provided by VFW Post #8568 of Livingston.
He was born June 13, 1924 in Holt, Alabama and passed away August 23, 2010 in Livingston, Texas. He was a supervisor for Amoco in Texas City of 35 years. He served in the Army during WWII from March 15, 1943 to December 14, 1945. He lived in League City for most of his life and moved to the lake in 1980 where he has been very respected in his community and member of the Episcipal church.
He is survived by his granddaughter Michele Mattatall and husband Chris of Nederland, Texas, Chet Weber, life long friend of Onalaska, Texas and numerous friends also survive. Michele would like to thank his care giver Eva for taking such good care of her grandfather.
