IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Priscilla Carrick
Williamson
November 2, 1926 – July 3, 2020
Williamson, Priscilla CARRICK, passed peacefully in the early morning hours on July 3 rd , 2020 at Woodlands Park Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Shepherd, TX. Surviving Priscilla, also known as Pat, is her husband, Ellis (Willie) Williamson of Onalaska, TX and three daughters, Cindri Case of The Woodlands, Janice Lenz of Marble Falls and Nikki Waits of Houston, TX. Tracie Gusola, her granddaughter and her children, Mikie and Alex Gusola and her grandson, Shane Scott and his children, Jordan, Eli and Ione will sincerely miss her.
Priscilla was born on November 2 nd 1926 in Honolulu, Hawaii. At two years old, she was placed in the Susannah Wesley Home. In additional to her academic education, she was taught to sew her own clothes, cook, clean house as well as the proper social etiquette of the time. Religious worship was highly encouraged. Priscilla graduated in 1944 but not before experiencing the bombing of Pearl Harbor on December 7 th , 1941. Her vivid recollection of grabbing mattresses and running to the basement for protection remained with her for many years.
Priscilla came to Houston, Texas with her then husband, Nick, in 1951 in order to be closer to her estranged Mother and stepfather. Together, they re-built their lives and endeavored to always be the cohesive family that they missed in earlier years. Nick passed in 1991.
On May 12, 1998, Priscilla and Willie were married in Onalaska, TX. It was here with Willie that her life opened to new adventures and new friends whom she adored. She also discovered Jerry's Restaurant on Highway 190 which became hers and Willie's cornerstone of daily meetings with long-time friends and great food.
Priscilla's family honors the Williamson family for its continued love and support through the many years of their marriage. Though the universe has lost another star, Priscilla's brilliance will always be remembered.
