Funeral services for Ramiro Cerda, 76, of Corrigan, Texas will be held Thursday, June 12, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., at St. Martin de Porres Catholic Church in Corrigan, Texas with Fr. Paul Kahan, SVD officiating. Interment will follow at Restland Memorial Park Cemetery in Livingston, Texas. Visitation will be held Wednesday, June 11, 2025, from 5:00-7:00 p.m., with Rosary to begin at 6:00 p.m., at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas.

Ramiro was born December 4, 1948 in Salinas, California and passed away June 5, 2025 in Corrigan, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents, Julio Cerda and Yolanda Olivo; and brother, Julio Cerda.

He is survived by his wife, Norma Cerda; daughters, Norma Alice Almazan and Juanita Fabela and husband Martin; son, Ramiro Cerda and wife Stephanie; daughter, Eliana Roman and husband Randy; grandchildren, Benjamin Lara, Jackie Almazan, Martin E. Fabela, gissel Landaverde, Mia Fabela, Damian Ruiz, Rory Williams, Allie Roman, Elizabeth Cerda, Camila Cerda, and William Cerda; great grandchildren, Sebastian Lara, Joaquin Lara, and Liam Landaverde; and sister, Joan Granados; as well as numerous other relatives and a host of friends.
