Funeral services for Ray Elvis Battise, 39, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Sunday, May 19, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. in the Alabama-Coushatta Multi-purpose Center in Livingston, Texas with Bro. Don Goodwin and Bro. David Busby officiating. Interment will follow in the Alabama-Coushatta Reservation Cemetery in Livingston, Texas. Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 18, 2019 in the Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.

Ray was born July 8, 1979 in La Mesa, California to parents, Elvis Ray Battise and Diane (Parcell) Battise, and passed away on April 28, 2019 in Livingston, Texas.

He is survived by his parents, Elvis Ray and Diane Battise of Livingston, Texas; brother, Dwayne Battise and wife, Samantha of Livingston; sister, Monae Battise and husband, Bruce of Livingston; nieces, Chantell Battise and husband, Dustin, Shakyla Battise, Leila Battise, Alicea Battise, Sofia Battise, and Lenai Battise; nephews, Liam Battise, Cole Battise, Eli Battise, Jonah Battise, and Bruce Battise Jr.; and great-nephews, Hayden Battise and Kade Battise; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
