Services for Raymond Minatrea, 84, of Onalaska, Texas will be held Wednesday, December 20, 2023 at Magnolia Cemetery in Onalaska, Texas.

Raymond was born November 7, 1939 in Wellington, Texas and passed away December 17, 2023 in Onalaska, Texas. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Sheila Minatrea; and his parents, L.D. Minatrea and Mary (Turner) Minatrea.

He is survived by his wife, Vanessa Minatrea of Onalaska, Texas; son, Craig Minatrea of Livingston, Texas; daughter, Amanda Cronin and husband Vernon of Livingston, Texas; son, Michael Gates of Livingston, Texas; daughter, Tanya Sheffield of Onalaska, Texas; and grandchildren, Jordyn Gates, Connor Cronin, Eli Cronin, Michaela Gates, and Dalton Birdsong; sister, Vivian Lamb of Shallow Water, Texas; and brother, Kenneth Minatrea of Princeton, Texas; as well as numerous other relatives and friends.
