Obit for Raymond Curtis Ware

Funeral Service for Raymond Curtis Ware, age 89 of Livingston, Texas, will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, June 1, 2012, at Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston. Pastor Howell Ferguson will conduct the services and grandson, Blake Ware will speak. Military Honors provided by VFW Post# 8568. Pallbearers are: Curtis Branam, Chris Branam, Colby McCrory, Josh Ware, Jamie Ware, Jake Ware and Waylon Solise. Honorary Pallbearers will be Kirk Ware, Ivan Ware, Jason McCrory, Neal Patterson and Jeremiah Ayers. Interment will be held at Restland Memorial Park in Livingston, following the chapel service.

Mr. Ware, was born on May 6, 1923, in Oakdale, Louisiana to parents, James Douglas Ware and Nettie Willis Ware. He married Helen Ware on July 8, 1942, and they would have celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary on that date. Mr. Ware loved fishing and playing bingo. He passed away on May 28, 2012, in Livingston, Texas

He is preceded in death by his parents, James and Nettie Ware; sister, Thelma Strother; and brother Dennis Ware. He is survived by his wife, Helen Ware of Livingston, Texas; two daughters, LaVelda Branam of Livingston and Becky McCrory of Porter; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Earl and Susan Ware and Dennis Ware, all of Porter; daughter and son-in-law, Deborah and Chuck Hudson of Conroe; eighteen grandchildren; fifty-one great grandchildren; ten great great grandchildren; and sister, Nelva Ferguson of Tomball.
