Memorial Services for Retha June Light, 75, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Sunday, November 28, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. with John Taylor officiating in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas.  There will be a gathering of family and friends immediately following at the home of Bobby and Carrie Meeks at 1868 FM 1988 until 7:00 P.M.

Mrs. Light was born November 19, 1945, in Lubbock, Texas, to parents Leroy Bonds and Hazel (Jones) Bonds, and passed away November 15, 2021 in Kingwood, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Lloyd Collins; father of her children, T.J. Light; grandson, Bobby Jackson; and best friend, Peggy Farris.

She is survived by her children, Valerie and Cliff Baldo, Alana Carpenter, Carrie and Bobby Meeks, Terry Light, Dee and Tim Rice, and Wesley Jackson; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; siblings, Delane Wilhite, Theresa Stokes, and Tommy Bonds; and best friend, Sharon Dabney; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
