Funeral services for Rhonda Joan Wilkins Burks Munson, 77, of Corrigan, Texas, will be held Thursday, November 3, 2022 in the First Baptist Church Family Life Center in Corrigan, Texas, with Bro. Lesly Wilkinson officiating. Interment will follow in the Union Springs Cemetery in Corrigan, Texas. Visitation will be held Wednesday, November 2, 2022 in the Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.

Rhonda was born January 24, 1945, in Seattle, Washington and passed away October 27, 2022 in Houston, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents, L.J. Wilkins and Obera (Whitworth) Wilkins; the father of her children, Ocie Keith Burks; son, Kevin DeWitt Burks; and great grandson, Preston Lane Reed.

She is survived by her husband, Danny Munson of Schwab City; son, DeWayne Burks of Corrigan; daughter and son-in-law, René and Naser Zaher of UAE; daughter, Karen Hooks of Lufkin; son and daughter-in-law, Sean and Leslie Burks of Corrigan; daughter and son-in-law, Evie and Andy Hubbard of Brazoria; stepchildren, Scotty Smith of Corrigan, Ed and Monica Munson of Livingston, and Beverly and Emmitt Enloe of Shepherd; sister, Judy Grimes of Corrigan; grandchildren, Cody Burks, Desi Acosta, Ali Zaher, Peter Burks, Paden Reed, S.K. Burks, Zaina Zaher, Khaled Zaher, Karoline Stutzenburg, John Hooks, Kathryn Burks, Rhonda Zaher, Calvin Burks, Darren Stanley, Saleem Zaher, Paige Hooks, Kylee Hubbard, Drew Hubbard, Madi Hubbard, Trinity Smith, Wesley Smith, and Dalton Smith; great grandchildren, Zoë Acosta, Jada Acosta, Ember Burks, Avalynn Burks, Bailee Reed, Kayden Burks, L.J.
