Ricardo M. Loucel, 69, of Livingston, Texas was born October 10, 1946 in El Salvador to parents, Jose E. Loucel and Maria R. (Valencia) Loucel and passed away July 27, 2016 in Livingston, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents; and a brother.
He is survived by his wife, Vicki Loucel of Livingston, Texas; daughter, Rebecca Carleo and Jim of Colleyville, Texas; son, Erick Loucel and Lauren of Houston, Texas; step-son, Sutton Shupak of Buda, Texas; mother-in-law, Ronnie Edmondson of Florida; 3 loving granddaughters; 5 brothers, 1 sister; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
