Memorial services for Richard Keith Adkins, 61, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Friday, January 22, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Travis Kitchens officiating. Military Honors will be provided by the VFW Honor Guard Post #8568.

Richard was born December 3, 1959 in Warrensburg, Missouri to parents, Winford Adkins and Jean Juanell (McNeill) Adkins, and passed away January 16, 2021 in The Woodlands, Texas.  He proudly served his country in the United States Navy. He is preceded in death by his parents and sister.

He is survived by his wife, Susie Adkins of Livingston; daughter, Gayla Vance of Livingston; daughter, Ashley Garcia and husband Miguel; daughter, Leslie Vance; eight grandchildren; one great granddaughter; and four sisters; along with a numerous other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to the VFW Post #8568 in Livingston, Texas
