Funeral Services for Richard Harry Carter, age 74, of Livingston will be held Saturday, November 12, 2011 at 10:00 A.M. at the Thicket Church of God with Rev. Mark Ainsworth officiating.
He was born on February 4, 1937 in Longview, Texas to Paul Harry Carter and Helen Lamport Carter and passed away on November 7, 2011 in Livingston, Texas.
Richard is survived by his Wife, Pat Carter of Livingston, Texas, Sons, Douglas Carter of Livingston, Texas and Richard Carter of Beaumont, Texas, Brothers, Davi Carter of Torrance, California, Rev. John Carter of Cache, Oklahoma, and Paul Carter of Lexington, Kentucky, Grandchildren, Douglas, Jr., Christin Carter, Richard Carter, Venus Carter, and Angel Carter. Numerous other relatives and friends also survive.
