Funeral services for Richard Dwayne Davies, 43, of Onalaska, Texas, will be held at 3:00 PM, Thursday, April 10, 2014 at Cochran Funeral Home in Onalaska, Texas with Rev. Don Wilkey officiating. Interment will follow at Holhausen-Darby Cemetery in Moscow, Texas. Visitation will be held at 5:00 PM, Wednesday, April 9, 2014, at Cochran Funeral Home in Onalaska, Texas.

Richard was born on March 29, 1971 in Houston, Texas and passed away on April 5, 2014 in Onalaska, Texas. He worked in construction during his lifetime.

He is survived by his parents, Bobby Davies Sr. of Seguin, Texas and Seleta (Richards) Davies of Onalaska, Texas; brother, Bobby Davies Jr. of Seguin, Texas; sister, Renee Davies of Onalaska, Texas; nieces, Shelbey Maynard of Onalaska, Texas, Chelsey Elmore of Lambert, Mississippi, and Timberlee Lima of Onalaska, Texas; nephew, Zachary Davies of Onalaska, Texas; along with numerous other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Richard will be escorted to his grave by pallbearers, Trae Gerard, Scott Laird, Rocky Matthews, Robbie Maddox, Jay Todd Hughes, Rusty Pace, and Jon Laird.
