Funeral services for Robert Irvin McGee, 85, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Saturday, January 18, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Pastor James McGee officiating. Interment will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 18th in the Fairview Cemetery in Nacogdoches, Texas. Visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m. Saturday morning just prior to the time of service.

Mr. McGee was born November 16, 1934 in Joaquin, Texas to parents, William E. McGee and Bobbie (Risinger) McGee, and passed away January 10, 2020 in Waller, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Billy Joe McGee; and great-grandson, Dakota Ryan Phillips.

He is survived by his wife, Rachel McGee of Waller, Texas; daughter, Debbie Gothard of Maryland; son, James McGee and wife, Sylvia of Hempstead, Texas; granddaughters, Rebecca Reed and husband, Stephen of Maryland, Misty Smith and husband, Bryan of Hempstead, Texas, and Pam Phillips and husband, Sam of Tomball, Texas; brother, J.C. McGee and wife, Joyce of Magnolia, Texas; and sister, Juanita Taylor and husband, Bill of Decker, Texas; along with numerous great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
