Robert Allison McNiel, Jr., 58, of Livingston, Texas was born October 30, 1966 in Livingston, Texas to parents, Robert Allison McNiel, Sr. and Shirley Jean (Murphy) Lout, and passed away January 12, 2025 in Livingston. Robert was preceded in death by his mother; stepfather, Bud Lout; stepmother, Virginia McNiel; brother, Turkey McNiel; and mother-in-law, Virginia Lee Paddy.

He is survived by his wife, Donna McNiel of Livingston, Texas; son, Luke Allison McNiel of Livingston, Texas; father, Robert McNiel, Sr. of Meeker, Oklahoma; sister, Lucy McNiel and Jesse of Alaska; brother, John Sample and Nancy of Livingston, Texas; sisters, Sharon McNiel and Ron of Big Spring, Texas, Angela Robinson and Marty of Livingston, Texas, Tonya Hammock and William of North Dakota, Sonya Koster and Robert of Oklahoma, and Kim Capps and James of Meeker, Oklahoma; brothers, Roy Nelson and Polly of Huntington, Texas, Joe Nelson of Lufkin, Texas, and Jimmy Capps and Molly of Burke, Texas; and sister, Sherry Owens of Livingston, Texas; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

There will be a memorial service held in Robert's honor at a later date.
