Mr. Smith was born September 1, 1943 in Yakima, Washington to parents, William J. Smith and Clara Ruth (Stelley) Smith, and passed away September 11, 2015 in Livingston, Texas. During his life, Robert proudly served his country in the United States Army. After he completed his service, he moved to Goodrich and began helping build the Lake Livingston Dam.
