Robert was born January 28, 1979, in Lufkin, Texas, to parents Robert L Smith Sr. and Sandra (Kimes) Smith, and passed away September 9, 2021 in Livingston, Texas.

Robert is survived by his wife, Ericka Smith of Livingston, Texas; mother and stepdad, Sandra Kimes Kay and James Kay; father and stepmom, Robert Smith Sr. and Mildred Smith; daughter, Jamie Rastatter of McAllen, Texas; daughter and son-in-law, Emily and Tyler Aaron of Franklin, Texas; son, Jacob Smith of Conroe, Texas; daughter, Hannah Bailey of Cleveland, Texas; son, Jaxon Smith of New Caney, Texas; stepdaughter, Chelsy Caso of Dayton, Texas; stepson, Tony Caso of Shepherd, Texas; brother and sister-in-law, Wesley and Amanda Smith of Livingston, Texas; brother, Spencer Smith of Livingston, Texas; grandchildren, Wyatt Whittenburg, Faith Henson, Hope Henson, Grace Henson, and Emma McGee; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
