Obituary
Graveside services for Robert Daniel Wilkinson, 91, of Onalaska, Texas will be held on Tuesday, October 25, 2016 at 12:30 p.m. in the Houston National Cemetery in Houston, Texas with Bro. Steve Waldrep officiating. Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 23, 2016 from 3:00 – 6:00 p.m. in Cochran Funeral Home in Onalaska, Texas.
Mr. Wilkinson was born October 2, 1925 in Stockdale, Texas to parents, Marvin Young Wilkinson and Nina Lee (Burt) Wilkinson, and passed away October 20, 2016 in Livingston, Texas. During his life, he proudly served his country as a Merchant Marine. He is preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Donna Hooker; son, Rory Wilkinson; brother, James Edward Wilkinson; and sisters, Arlene Reynolds and Dorothy Hill.
He is survived by his wife, Irene Wilkinson of Onalaska, Texas; daughters and sons-in-law, Gerrie and Howard Seger of Schulenberg, Texas, and Rhonda and John Ray Baxter of Diboll, Texas; son, Forrest Wilkinson of Onalaska, Texas; grandchildren, Robert Fox, Michael Seger, Virginia Seger, Stephanie Wilkinson, Wayne Winston, and Shannon Reyna; great-grandchildren, Robert "Robbie" Fox II., Gabrielle Fox, Alexander Fox, Katelyn Seger, Celina Reyna, Daniel Reyna, Cecilia Reyna, Camilla Reyna, Marcus Seger, and Brock Seger; along with numerous other relatives and close friends.
