Memorial services for Roe Arnold Parker, Jr., 60, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Monday, January 31, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Rev. Don Goodwin officiating. Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. until the service begins at 3:00 p.m. in the funeral home.

Mr. Parker was born February 27, 1961 in Pettus, Texas to parents, Roe Arnold Parker Sr. and Betty Lou (Brandt) Parker, and passed away January 27, 2022 in Houston, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Jimmy Parker; and son-in-law, Raymond Marsh.

He is survived by his wife, Teresa Marie Parker of Livingston, Texas; daughter, Leslie Marsh of Nacogdoches, Texas; son, David Saganek and wife, Sherry of Porter; daughter, Rose Parker of Livingston, Texas; brothers, Robert Parker of Livingston, Texas and Gary Parker of Colmesneil, Texas; grandchildren, Lauren, Christian, Alexis, Sydney and husband, Jacob, Riley, Kashton, Dyllan and Kaysen; and great-grandson, Jensen; along with numerous other relatives and a host of friends.
