Ronald "Ron/Ronnie" Green, a devoted father, proud grandfather, and cherished friend, passed away at the age of 74. Born on January 16, 1951, in Hot Springs, Arkansas, Ronnie was the beloved son of the late Helen Lee and Edward Green Jr., and the treasured brother of the late Brett Green.

Ronnie dedicated his professional life to the pipeline industry, earning the reputation of being one of the very best in his field. His work ethic, attention to detail, and pursuit of excellence made him a standout among his peers.

Outside of work, Ronnie found his greatest joy in the simple pleasures of life. His passion for fishing was unmatched, and some of his happiest moments were spent on the water, rod in hand, with his friends and family.

Ronnie was a man of strong faith; his relationship with the Lord was a guiding force in his life. He lived with a bold strength and a heart full of love. Known for his quick wit, sense of humor, and perfectionism, Ronnie brought light and laughter to those around him. He was a man of unwavering dependability—someone you could always count on, no matter what. He was an extraordinary father and a doting grandfather, whose presence and wisdom will be deeply missed.

Ronnie is survived by his daughter, Brandy McDonald, and his son, Dylan Green. He also leaves behind three adoring grandchildren: Henry McDonald, Adalynn Green, and Madison Green, who were the light of his life.

Ronnie leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, faith, and integrity. He will be remembered always and missed dearly by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

A memorial service for Ronnie will be held Wednesday, July 30, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas, with visitation beginning at 9:00 a.m., and a reception following the service. Please contact Brandy at 971-570-0309 for reception details.
