Funeral services for Ronnie Lynn Loper, 70, of Livingston, Texas will be held Wednesday, July 14, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Bro. Robert Murphy officiating. Military honors will be provided by VFW Post #8568. Interment will follow in the Peebles Cemetery in Livingston, Texas. Visitation will be held from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 13, 2021 in the Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.

Mr. Loper was born December 31, 1950 in Livingston, Texas to parents, Cecil Earl Loper and Marie Fuller , and passed away July 9, 2021 in Livingston, Texas. During his life, Mr. Loper proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He is preceded in death by his father; son, Michael Loper; granddaughter, Tatum Fleetwood; brother, Cecil Loper Jr.; father-in-law, Clinton Nettles; brother-in-law, Mike Nettles; and sister-in-law, Amelia Bransom.

He is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Marianna Loper; daughter, Sharee Fleetwood and husband, Garon; daughter-in-law, Charlene Loper Evans; grandchildren, Callie Loper, Layne Ainsworth, Kesslyn Evans, Ashton Fleetwood, Christian Henley, Christian Gariffo, Ethan Fleetwood, Rylee Brown, Brianna Henley, and Shayne Ainsworth; mother, Marie Fuller; step-mother, Nelda Loper; sisters, Theresa Richardson, Marilyn Sanders, Sandra Smith, Martha Loper, Tracy Hutto, Patricia Rowe, and Christy Ferro; step-sisters, Carolyn Brookshire and Ann Upton; mother-in-law, Ida Nettles; and the children of his heart, Greg Munson, Howard Smith, Kevin Smith, Craig "Booger" Wright, Keith Howard, and Shelly Henley; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other family members, and a host of friends.
