Graveside services for Rosalie P. Carter, 83, of Deer Park, Texas will be held at 3:30 p.m. Thursday, December 21, 2017 in the Grandview Cemetery in Pasadena, Texas.

Ms. Carter was born on April 11, 1934 in McAlister, Oklahoma to parents, Trinnie Trenton Parker and Sallie Agnes (Kippenbrock) Parker, and passed away on December 17, 2017 in Liberty, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents, brother, Trent; and sisters, Lucille, Ethel Mary, and JoJo.

She is survived by her son, Coleman G. Carter and wife, Dee of Bailey, Colorado; son, Ronald D. Carter and wife, Terri of Beach City, Texas; son, Daniel C. Carter and wife, Tracy of Deer Park, Texas; daughter, Barbara Eggleston and husband, Pat of Dayton, Texas; daughter, Becky Koen and husband, Tommy of Dayton, Texas; sister, Camilla Mullinax and husband, Bobby of Houston, Texas; and grandchildren, Tasha, Cole, Patrick, Lauren, Sarah, Melissa, David, Rachel, Joe, Tony, Kyle, Kelly, Julie, Ashley, Patrick, Micah, Todd, and Chase; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
