Rose Mary Lamson, 75, of Livingston, Texas was born October 20, 1948 in Eureka, Kansas and passed away March 25, 2024 in Kingwood, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents, Woodrow Thompson and Grace (Mitchell) Thompson; and great grandson, Michael Sturrup III.

Rose is survived by her husband, Kenneth Lamson of Livingston, Texas; daughter, Constance Smelley and husband Jimmy of Onalaska, Texa; son, Ronald Lamson and wife Darla of Livingston, Texas; brothers, Wes Thompson and wife Joy and Steven Thompson and wife Mike all of Alvin, Texas; sister, Georgia Jump of Strawberry, Arkansas; and grandchildren, Barbara Lee, Aaron Cummings, Bradley Cummings, Courtney Henderson, Justin Lamson, Heather Sturrup, and Robert Roman; as well as numerous great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.

The family will be holding a celebration of life for Rose at a later date.
