Funeral services for Rosie Marie Wiggins, 81, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Saturday, October 16, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Bro. Frank Aragon officiating. Interment will follow in the Bluff Creek Cemetery in Livingston, Texas. Visitation will be held Friday, October 15, 2021, from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m., in the Cochran Funeral Home.

Mrs. Wiggins was born December 12, 1939 in Livingston, Texas, to parents, Johnny Lee Kelley and Rebecca (Hickman) Kelley, and passed away October 10, 2021 in Livingston, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents; grandson, Patrick Lee Wiggins; granddaughter, Tabitha Rushing; and brother, Sam Kelley.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Owney Ray and Paula Wiggins of Livingston, Texas; grandsons, Jason Roark, Christopher Rushing and Christy, and Brandon Rushing; great grandchildren, Payton Wiggins and Piper Wiggins; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
