Funeral services for Rosietta Gay, 94, of Livingston, Texas will be held Sunday, March 6, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Mitchell Murphy officiating. Interment will follow in the Holly Grove Cemetery in Livingston, Texas. Visitation will be held Saturday, March 5, 2022, from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m., in the Cochran Funeral Home.

Mrs. Gay was born August 9, 1927, in Village Mills, Texas, to parents, Jesse James Wilkinson and Edna (Collins) Wilkinson, and passed away March 1, 2022 in Beaumont, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, John Hester Gay; brothers, Clarence Wilkinson and Billy Wilkinson; sisters, Velma (Wilkinson) Shamel and Margie (Wilkinson) Miller; granddaughter, Karen Vincent; and son-in-law, Kenneth Vincent.

She is survived by her daughter, Beverly (Gay) Vincent of Livingston, Texas; son, Keith Gay of Livingston, Texas; grandson, Billy Vincent and spouse Danielle Vincent of Crosby, Texas; grandson, Mark Vincent and spouse Amanda Vincent of Porter, Texas; granddaughter, Kelly (Vincent) Anderson and spouse Bill Anderson of Livingston, Texas; grandson, Steven Gay of Baytown, Texas; grandson, Scott Vincent and spouse Khristie Vincent of Livingston, Texas; grandson, Andrew Gay and spouse Tara Gay of Port Neches, Texas; 16 great grandchildren; and 8 great-great grandchildren; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
