Memorial services for Roy Lee Cooksey Jr., 70, of Goodrich, Texas, will be held Saturday, June 13, 2020, at 4:00 p.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Bro. Bo Richardson officiating.

Roy Lee Cooksey Jr. was born October 25, 1949, in Bonham, Texas, to parents, Roy Lee Cooksey Sr. and Edith (Huckabee) Cooksey, and passed away June 9, 2020, in Conroe, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents, Roy Lee Cooksey Sr. and Edith Emswiller; and wife, Carol Cooksey.

Mr. Cooksey is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Dawn and Eddie Roessler of Goodrich, Texas; daughter and son-in-law, Crystal and Craig Green of San Antonio, Texas; son and daughter-in-law, Quentin and Stefanie Severin of Santa Fe, Texas; grandchildren, Carson and Paige Roessler, Dustin and Taylor Tarnow, Dawson Roessler and Abbi, Sarah Severin, Lauren Severin, Riley Tarnow, and Zane Pierce; great-great granddaughter, Kacey Tarnow and one great-grandbaby on the way; along with other numerous relatives and friends.
