Funeral services for Roy Lee Daughtery, 88, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Friday, October 14, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Mike Cooper officiating. Interment will follow in the Mt. Rose in Livingston, Texas. Visitation will be held Thursday, October 13, 2022, from 5:00 -7:00 p.m., in the Cochran Funeral Home.

Roy Lee Daugherty was born May 19, 1934 in Beaula, Texas, to parents, Reagor Daugherty and Annabelle (Ellerd) Daugherty, and passed away on October 8, 2022 in Livingston, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents; son, Orville Lee Daugherty; and granddaughter, Dawn Daugherty.

He is survived by his loving wife, Helen Daugherty; daughter, Dianna Mathews and husband Raymond of Livingston, Texas; sons, Roy Daugherty Jr. and wife Glenda of Bolivia, North Carolina, Lonnie Turner and wife Delores of Lubbock, Texas, Larry Turner of Seabrook, Texas, Lowell Turner and wife Rita of Pasadena, Texas, and Leland Turner of Wichita Falls, Texas; grandchildren, Chet, Dako, Billy, Andrew; Carla, Derek, Lindsey and Samantha, Bo, Lowell II, Brandon, Christian and Jonathan; 18 great grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.
