Funeral Services for Roy Franklin Holder, age 79 of Cleveland, Texas will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, November 12, 2012 at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston with Rev. Darrell Brown, Rev. Garfield Lamon and Bro. Gordon Langford officiating. Interment will follow at Menard Chapel Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Ryan Holder, Augustine Fiscal, Dwayne Pickering, David Isaacks, Michael Crowell, Dale Bianchi, Cody Hayden and Stoney Anderson. Visitation will be held Sunday evening beginning at 5:00 PM at Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston.

Roy was born on November 28, 1932 in Palestine, Texas to parents, William and Nora Holder and passed away on November 9, 2012 in Kingwood, Texas. Roy is preceded in death by his parents, William and Nora Holder; first wife, Barbara Holder and daughter, Cheryl Goodwin.

Roy is survived by his wife, Jean (Morgan) Holder of Cleveland, Texas; son and daughter-in-law, Roger and Susie Holder of Rye, Texas; son and daughter-in-law, John and Robbie Holder of Sheffield, Alabama; daughter, Sandra Kindle of Jasper, Texas; daughter and son-in-law Lynn and Gordan Langford of Cleveland, Texas; daughter, Mary Marshall of Humble, Texas; daughter, Kathleen Frankie of Humble, Texas; son, Bill Sonier of Houston, Texas;son-in-law, Beamon Goodwin of Livingston, Texas; daughter, Iva Hagey of Cleveland, Texas; Grandchildren: Ryan Holder, Justin Holder, Cody Hayden, Keith Crowell, Mark Crowell, Michael Crowell, Dwayne Pickering, Theresa DeWitt, John Isaacks, David Isaacks, Stephen Marshall and Cynthia Marshall; numerous great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
