Funeral Services for Roy Sawyer, age 88, of Livingston, Texas will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, October 7, 2011 at the First United Pentecostal Church in Livingston, Texas with Rev. Gerald Morris officiating. Interment will follow in the Forest Hill Cemetery in Livingston. Visitation is Friday, October 7, 2011 from 12 PM - service time at the First United Pentecostal Church. Pallbearers are grandsons, Mark Crow, Greg Crow, Darrin Crow, Bradley Crow, Ken Baldwin, Timothy Baldwin, Jonathan Sawyer, Ryan Polasek, Brian Elledge, and Chris Balthrop.

He was born June 19,1923 in New York State to Fred Sawyer and Augusta Albrecht and passed away on October 3, 2011 in Livingston, Texas. He is preceded in death by parents, Fred Sawyer and Augusta Albrecht, brothers Fred and Norman, sisters Edna and Louella.
