Memorial services for Roy Phillip Warren, 82, of Oakhurst, Texas, will be held Monday, June 18, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Bro. Steve Waldrep officiating. Military Honors will be provided by VFW Post #8568. Visitation will be held Sunday, June 17, 2018, from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.

Mr. Warren was born May 29, 1936 in Greensville, Alabama to parents, Phillip Roy Warren and Ina Mae (Boswell) Warren, and passed away June 13, 2018 in Spring, Texas. During his life, he proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps during the Korean War. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Shirlene Warren; son, Phillip Jeffrey Warren; sister, Betty Warren; and brother, Paul Warren.

He is survived by his daughter, Theresa D. Wheeler and William of Coldspring; daughter, Dorothy N. Nettles and George of Livingston; son, Clifford O. Warren of Oakhurst; daughter, Margaret A. Love and Robert of Spring; daughter, Janice V. Taylor and Jonathan of Groveton; son, Curtis D. Warren and Jennifer of Oakhurst; son, Michael L. Warren of Oakhurst; daughter, April J. Warren of Oakhurst; 29 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; sister, Merry Bullard and Bob of California; brother, Eddie Bowden of Minnesota; and brother, Teddie Bowden; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
