Royce Wayne Shipman, 68, of Livingston, Texas was born October 23, 1953, in Stephenville, Texas, to parents, William Neldon Shipman and Billie Earlene (Abernathy) Shipman, and passed away December 25, 2021 in Livingston, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents; and wife, Ann Shipman.

He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Chris and Joni Shipman; daughter and son-in-law, Michelle and Bryon Gwynn; son and daughter-in-law, Ken and Chrissy Shipman; stepdaughter, Stephanie Chance; 7 grandsons; 6 granddaughters; brother and sister-in-law, Darvin and Rita Shipman; and sister and brother-in-law, Shirley and Gary Shirley; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
