Funeral services for Ruby Helen Collins, age 78, of Farmers Branch, Texas will be held Sunday April 19, 2009 at 2:00pm in the Chapel of Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas with Rev. Frank Hood officiating, interment to follow in the Camp Ruby Cemetery in Livingston.
She was born February 25, 1931 in Morris Station, Georgia the daughter of Luther and Sarah Morris Redding, and passed away on Sunday April 12, 2009 in Farmers Branch, Texas.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her brothers, W.A. Redding and Raymond Redding and her sister Irene Beavers.
She is survived by, Douglas T. Collins, son of Plano, Texas, John A. Collins, son of Algonquin, IL., Geoffrey S. Collins, grandchild, Summer A. Scharringhauson, Granddaughter, Ernest A. Redding, brother of Houston, and Catherine Templeton, sister of Tomball, Texas.
Cochran Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
