A Celebration of Life gathering for Ruby Faye Hanks, 98, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Sunday, June 23, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Onalaska, Texas.

Ms. Hanks was born February 15, 1921 in Felsenthal, Arkansas to parents, Homer Herbert Coleson and Ozella (Dollar) Coleson, and passed away June 12, 2019 in Livingston, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, George Hanks; sons, Charles Carlton and Jerry Carlton; and grandson, Glenn Carlton.

She is survived by her grandchildren, Charlene Brasher and husband, Barry, Christina Carlton and wife, Rebecca, Scott Dean, Brenda Pate, and Sheila Wedgeworth and husband, Troy; daughter-in-law, Gwen Carlton; great-grandchildren, Nathan Carlton, Joshua Faulkner, Erica Wedgeworth, Emily Rollins, and Kyler Wedgeworth; and great-great-grandchildren, Rodney Carlton, Lilly Carlton, and Dmitri Carlton; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
