Obituary
Funeral services for Ruby Lee Parker Ferguson, 81, of Livingston, Texas will be held on Saturday, October 29, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Bro. Steve Waldrep officiating. Interment will follow in the Center Grove Cemetery in Livingston, Texas. Visitation will be held on Friday, October 28, 2016 from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. in Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.
Mrs. Ferguson was born June 24, 1935 in Hortense, Texas to parents, Loby L. Parker and Lola A. (Smith) Parker, and passed away October 25, 2016 in Livingston, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, G.R. Ferguson; grandsons, George Howell and Jerred Gilmore; granddaughter, Lachell Stephens; and brothers, Charles Parker, Arlen Ray Parker, Richard "Mutt" Parker, and Joe Allen Parker.
She is survived by her son, Mickey Howell and wife, Nita; daughters, Deborah Pulliam, Cynthia Kennedy Hebert and husband, Byron, Kathleen Colston and husband, Claud, and Ann Ferguson; grandsons, Shane Henderson, Scott Kennedy, Mickey Howell Jr., Loby Skeans, Marvin Howell, Joel Colston, Dale Sumner, Joshua Colston, and Justin Colston; granddaughters, Raina "Sam" Duke, Shana Pittman, and Alicia Gilmore; 21 great-grandchildren; brothers, Clayton Parker and Butch Parker; and sisters, Thelma Hopson, Janice Free, and Marleen Purvis; along with numerous other relatives and close friends.
