Gravesides services for Ruby Nadine Thomas, 69, of Butler, GA., will be held on Sunday on February 8, 2009 at 2:00pm at Peebles Cemetery in Goodrich, Texas with Rev. Jack Bailey officiating.

Mrs. Thomas passed away on Tuesday, February 3, 2009 at her residence. She was a member of the First Baptist church in Goodrich. She had taught china painting, quilting, sewing and arts and crafts in the communities where she had lived.

Survivors include: sons, Gregory Vernon Thomas, Aurora, CO., Stephen Curtis Thomas, Livingston, Texas, daughter, Pamela Diane Norris (Mark), Humble, Texas, brothers, Sid Winters, Huntsville, AL, Tab Winters (Claudine), of Butler, GA., sisters, Nell Harris, of Butler, GA., Kathy Allen, of Butler, GA., two grandchildren, Bradley Wayne Thomas (Marilyn), Lewisville, Texas, Scotty Travis Gastauer (Michelle), Spring, Texas, and two great-grandchildren.
