Funeral services for Ruby Lanelle Tompkins, age 80 of Livingston, Texas will be held Monday August 24, 2009 at 10:00am in the chapel of Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas with Roy Barbe officiating. Pallbearers will be Richard Cano, Ryan Cano, Tony Lopez, Sean Lopez, Brent Wilson, and Dustin Wilson.

She was born April 27, 1929 in Midway, Texas the daughter of Clifton & Mittie Goodwin.

She is proceeded in death by he parents, her husband Donald Tompkins, and sister Charlotte Blankenship.

She is survived by her three children, daughter; Marilyn Frank & her husband William of Temple, sons; Frank Wilson & his wife Sandra of Crockett, & Gary Wilson & his wife Veleria of Gilmer. Step Children, Jackie Cano, Steve Cano & his wife Lorraine, Richard Cano all of Houston, Sherri Lopez & her husband Pete of Katy, and Dawn Maldanado, & her husband Daniel of Longview, 8 grandchildren, 12, step grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, & 3 step great grandchildren. A sister, Louise Scott & her husband Davis of Onalaska, and a brother, Charles Goodwin & his wife Carol of Livingston, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
