A memorial service for Russell Eli Hebert, 63, of Livingston, Texas will be held Tuesday, January 2, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Pastor Rodrick Brodrick Gordon officiating.

Russell was born June 29, 1960 in Jefferson County, Texas and passed away December 25, 2023 in Livingston, Texas. He was preceded in death by his mother, Joetta Romero.

He is survived by his loving wife, Tiffany Hebert; 2 daughters; a host of grandchildren; father and stepmother, Gerald Wayne Hebert, Sr. and Sarah Hebert; 2 sisters; and 3 brothers; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
