A memorial service for Ruth Inez Meador will be held Saturday, October 29, 2022, at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas, at 2:00 p.m. Visitation will be held from 5:00-8:00 p.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel, Friday, October 28, 2022.

Ruth was born February 20, 1933 in Nacogdoches, Texas, to parents, John David Bentley and Effie Mae (Gibson) Bentley and passed away October 20, 2022 in Livingston, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents; loving husband, John Lester Meador; son, Johnny Meador; brother, JD Bentley; and her sisters Vester Smith and Barbara Ward.

She is survived by her son, Jerry K. Meador and numerous friends.
