Ruth "Betty" Elizabeth Porter, 81, of Onalaska Texas, died May 3rd with her beloved granddaughter, Ashley Porter Maichetti by her side. She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Richard Lennon Porter and one son, Richard Lennon Porter Jr. A memorial service is planned for her at her home church, Livingston First Church Nazarene at 2 PM on May 22, 2021.

Betty is survived by her brother, Ray M. Gupton of Albuquerque, New Mexico; her daughter, Melinda Malone and husband, Donnie of Pulaski, Tennessee, and son, Randolph L. Porter of Bolivar, Texas, 11 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, and numerous other beloved friends and family.
