Obituary
Funeral services for Mrs. Ruth Sawyer, 90, of Livingston, Texas will be held Tuesday, December 23, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas with Bro. Gerald Morris officiating. Interment to follow at the Forest Hill Cemetery in Livingston, Texas.
Mrs. Sawyer was born March 27, 1924 in Hibbing, Minnesota to parents, Jack Maki and Esther (Kukas) Maki, and passed away December 21, 2014 in Livingston, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents and husband, Roy David Sawyer.
She is survived by her sister, Jane Sawyer of Bloomington, Minnesota; brother, Kenneth Maki of Brooklyn Park, Minnesota; son, David Sawyer and wife, Vickie of Tomball, Texas; daughters, Karol Carone and husband, Tom of Toledo, Ohio; Margaret Crow and husband, Stanley of Livingston, Texas; Cynthia Baldwin of Livingston, Texas; Maribeth and husband, Emery of Lookout Mountain, Tennessee; Debra Polasek and husband, Frank of Elledge, Texas; Jane Sawyer of Livingston, Texas; son, Daniel Sawyer and wife, Glenda of Mobile, Alabama; 16 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
