Sadie Vesta Murphy age 84 of Livingston passed away Thursday March 11, 2010. Graveside services will be held Sunday at 2:00PM in the Menard Chapel Cemetery with Clara Compton officiating. Visitation will be held Saturday from 5:00PM until 9:00PM in the Cochran Funeral Home.

Sadie was born August 4, 1925 in Ace to parents Henry Clinton Walters and Exer Griffin Walters. She is preceded in death by her parents, and husband Drewie Murphy, seven brothers and sisters.

She is survived by her brother Arley Walter and wife Lonnelle of Spring, and sister in law Edna Walters of Ace. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
