Samantha ""Baby Doll"" Lada 22 of Livingston passed away July 3, 2008 in Houston. Funeral services were held Monday July 7, 2008 at 2:00PM in the Cochran Funeral Home with Rev. Jim Sherrill officiating. Burial followed in the Jones Prairie Cemetery. Visitation was Sunday July 6, 2008 from 5:00PM until 9:00PM also in the Cochran Funeral Home.

She is preceded in death by her sister Demi Lada, brother Dennis Lada II, grandparents Velma & J.C. Lunsford, aunt Nancy Wyatt and her uncle Jimmie Lunsford.

Samantha is survived by her loving parents Sheila & Stephen Willingham of Camden, brothers Jason Lada of Goodrich, Daniel Lada and wife Katie of Iraq, and cousin Jimmie Wyatt.

Serving as pallbearers were Stephen Willingham, Daniel Lada, Jason Lada, Devon Freeman, Ray Cottle, Scooter Spore.
