Visitation and graveside services for Sarah Smith Horton Moody, 81, of Maryville, Tennessee, will be held Monday, January 22, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. in the Forest Hill Cemetery in Livingston, Texas with Michael Morrison officiating.

Sarah was born March 29, 1936 in Dogwood, Alabama, and passed away January 4, 2018 in Maryville, Tennessee. She is preceded in death by her husband, Rece Horton; parents Milton and Viola (Lucas) Smith; daughters, Deborah and Tracy. Sarah will always be remembered for the love she had for her family and her beloved dogs.

She is survived by her daughter, Vickie Seitz and Duane of Maryville, Tennessee; step-son, Michael Morrison and Terri of Silsbee, Texas; step-daughter, Billie Jordan and "Buddy" of Kirbyville, Texas; sisters, Gracie Hall of Dogwood, Alabama and Helen Nicholson of Arlington, Texas; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
