Funeral services for Sergio Alberto Diaz, 63, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Sunday, December 2, 2018 with Rev. Hilario Hurtado officiation. Interment will follow in the Forest Hill Cemetery in Livingston, Texas. Visitation will be held Saturday, December 1, 2018, from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. in the Pace Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.

Mr. Diaz was born August 7, 1955 in Mozquiz Coahila, Mexico, to parents, Florentino Diaz and Maria (Ramirez) Diaz, and passed away November 29, 2018 in Lufkin, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Petronilo Diaz.

He is survived by his wife, Rosa Diaz of Livingston, Texas; daughter and son-in-law, Nadia and Carlos Fuentes of Livingston, Texas; son and daughter-in-law, Sergio and Destany Diaz of Livingston, Texas; son and daughter-in-law, Jesus and Karina Diaz of Livingston, Texas; grandchildren, Carlos Menchaca, Hector Fuentes, Melanie Fuentes, Erik Fuentes, Sergio Allen Diaz, Tania Daiz, James Diaz, and Jayden Diaz; sisters, Berta Diaz and Lucia Diaz both of Mexico; brothers, Florentino Diaz of Austin, Texas, Cuavtemo Diaz of Mexico, and Pedro Diaz of Denton Texas; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
