Memorial Services for Sgt. Gerald Herbert Rigard, 82, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Saturday, January 22, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. in the Live Vine Church located at 203 E. Calhoun Street, Livingston, Texas 77351.

Sgt. Rigard was born August 29, 1939, in St. Marys, Pennsylvania, to parents Francis A. Rigard and Alice (Hannibal) Rigard, and passed away December 28, 2021 in Livingston, Texas. He proudly served his country in the United States Army. He is preceded in death by his parents.

Sgt. Rigard is survived by his wife, Sheryl Rigard of Livingston, Texas; son, Anthony Rigard of Livingston, Texas; daughter and son-in-law, Eva and Jay Gilbreath of Huffman, Texas; granddaughter, Kimberleigh Albro and Alex of Granbury, Texas; grandson, Austin Gilbreath and Ashley of Jacksonville, Florida; granddaughter, Samantha Gilbreath of Huffman, Texas; great grandson, Jayden Albro of Granbury, Texas; brother, Joseph Rigard and Jean of St. Marys, Pennsylvania; sister, Doris Erich and Butch of St. Marys, Pennsylvania; numerous nieces, nephews, and adopted grandbabies; and beloved dogs, Ronni and Ozie; along with many other relatives and friends.
