Funeral services for Sheila Kaye Kay age 79 of Onalaska, Texas will be held Saturday, May 30, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Onalaska, Texas with Elton Hodge officiating. Interment will follow at the Magnolia Cemetery in Onalaska, Texas. Visitation will be held on the day of service, from 10:00-11:00 a.m., at the funeral home.

Sheila was born September 4, 1946 in Bald Knob, Arkansas and passed away peacefully on May 21, 2026, in Onalaska, Texas

She was the oldest daughter of the late Roscoe and Vera Inman.

Sheila graduated from Woodlawn High School in Shreveport, La in 1964. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, painting by numbers, and game shows.

She is predeceased by her parents Roscoe & Vera Inman, her husband of 36 years Wesley N. Kay, four brothers, one sister, stepdaughter Karen Dominguez and one great granddaughter.

She is survived by sister Faye Frame of Shreveport La, brother Larry Inman of Jacksonville Fl, daughters Paula McCrocklin (Mark) of Shreveport La, Gwen Reeves (Chris) of Onalaska Tx, stepsons Neal Kay (Gina) of Livingston Tx, Phillip Kay of Livingston Tx, seventeen grandchildren and thirty great grandchildren.
