Sheila Kay Nissan, 74, was born December 8, 1948, in Exira, Iowa to her parentsRobert Manuel and Marilyn (Chase) Manuel and passed away December 28, 2022 in Houston, Texas. She is preceded by her parents and her husband, Nevin Nissen.
She is survived by herdaughter, Kimberly Fenner of Conroe, Texas; son Derek Nissen of Cheyenne, Wyoming; and grandsons, Kendric Nissen, Nevin Tucker, and Elijah Nissen; as well as numerous other loved ones and friends.
