Funeral services for Shirley Ruth Burrows, 71, of Cleveland, Texas, will be held Monday, February 19, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Betty Sue Watson officiating. Interment will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the Helpenstell Cemetery, located just outside of Nacogdoches, Texas. Visitation will be held Sunday, February 18, 2018 from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.

Ms. Burrows was born November 29, 1946 in Livingston, Texas to parents, Joe Sutton, Jr. and Dorothy Inez (Matlock) Sutton and passed away February 14, 2018 in Cleveland, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her son, Jerry Burrows of Cleveland, Texas; daughter and son-in-law, Vicky and Johnny Ray Wilkerson of Livingston, Texas; granddaughter, Alexis Megan Nicole Wilkerson of Livingston, Texas; grandson and wife, Johnny Ray Wilkerson Jr. and Bethany Grace of Livingston, Texas; sister, Janell Bryant of Cleveland, Texas; brothers, Peanut Moore and Becky of Cleveland, Texas, Ricky Tingle and Mary of Conroe, Texas and Billy Joe Sutton of Sugarland, Texas; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Shirley will be escorted to her grave by pallbearers: Johnny Ray Wilson, Jr., Kerri Scott Tingle, Charles Weston Bryant, Noah Manuel Lopez, Matthew Gordon Bell and Ronald Felkins.
