Funeral services for Shirley Ann Maddox, 86, of Onalaska, Texas will be held Wednesday, August 4, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Onalaska, Texas with Bro. Harold Isaacs officiating. Interment will follow in the Holhausen-Darby Cemetery in Moscow, Texas. Visitation will be held Tuesday, August 3, 2021, from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m., in the Cochran Funeral Home in Onalaska, Texas.

Shirley was born May 6, 1935 in Houston, Texas, to parents, Buford Richards and Maudie Faye (Parrott) Richards, and passed away August 1, 2021 in Onalaska, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert E. Maddox Jr.; daughter, Lisa Mullins; and sister, Wanda Laird.

She is survived by her daughter, Becky Martin of Onalaska, Texas; son, Robert E. Maddox of Onalaska, Texas; daughter, Julie A. Miller of Onalaska, Texas; 12 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren; and sisters, Juanice Lacy, Seleta Davies, and Linda Gerard; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
