Mrs. Shirley Elizabeth Partlow, 82, of Livingston, Texas was born December 17, 1938 in Port Arthur, Texas, to parents, Amos Trice Brown Sr. and Cleo Olive (Tatum) Brown, and passed away November 1, 2021 in Lufkin, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Leland David Partlow; and 6 out of 7 siblings.

She is survived by her daughters, Cleanna Marie Sisti, and Cheri Leigh Brigance and husband, Monte all of Livingston, Tami Dawn Vanderheiden and husband, Matthew of Beaumont; son, David Amos Partlow and wife, Wyndi of Pearland; daughter, Diane Mary Partlow of Dickinson; life-long friend, Melissa Gau of Dickinson; brother, Daniel Aaron Brown and wife, Rebecca of Morgan City; 7 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren; along with numerous other relatives and many friends.

A celebration of life ceremony will be held in the Spring of 2022.
