Funeral services for Shirley Jean Smith age 64 of Livingston will be held Thursday April 7, 2011 at 1:30 PM in the chapel of Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston with LaCarlton Stephens officiating. Honorary Pallbearers will be Dakota Laster, Shawn Laster, Jaylen Harrell, Zan Nelson, Mike Palmer and A.J. Stiller.

She was born October 10, 1946 in Bellville, Illinois the daughter of Alvin and Lillian Palmer Ford and passed away April 3, 2011 in Livingston, Texas. She is preceded in death by her father Alvin Ford and Tim Copeland, son in law.

She is survived by her husband Carl Smith of Livingston, Lillian Ford, mother of Pasadena, Texas, Kevin Laster and wife Tina, son and daughter in law of Whitney, Texas, Kimberly Copeland, daughter of Pope, MS., Jessica Harrell and husband Norris, daughter and son in law of Livingston, Dakota Laster and wife Elizabeth, grandson, of Kenndedale, Texas, Michael Laster, grandson 1st Calvary, Fort Hood, Texas, Destiny Laster, granddaughter of Whitney, Texas, Jalissa Williams, granddaughter of Livingston, Jaylen Harrell, grandson of Livingston, Ja?ÇÖNoria Harrell, granddaughter of Livingston, Winnie & Dave Pullin, sister and brother in law of Pasadena, Texas and Kenny & Kat Ford, brother and sister in law of Huntington, Texas. A host of nieces, nephews and friends also survive.
